I WANT TO RENT THROUGH SHORELY VINTAGE AFFAIRS:

Good to hear! To help you get started, we have categorized our items into 5 themes, all of which are captured above in photos with descriptions linked to Inventory of Small Rental Items, Large Rental Items/Furniture, Milk Glass Collection and Hammered Aluminum Collection.* If you have your own themed idea that does not fall into one of these, I’m sure we can create or enhance your theme. We have provided an Application Form for you to fill out and send to us. After we have reviewed, we will prepare a proposal for your event. We will call or e-mail you for any clarification of your event’s information described on your event application.

HOW DO WE CONFIRM OUR ORDER:

Once we both agree on the proposal, we will require that you place a deposit of half the cost of your order. The balance of the order will be due 15 days prior to the event. Other expenses you can expect is a flat 10% fee of the total cost which covers expected damage. Should damage to a large piece of furniture, etc. occur, we will expect compensation for 50% of the repair cost.

MOVING FORWARD TO THE DAY OF MY EVENT:

Shorely Vintage Affairs will deliver within a 100 mile radius of our home base, Ocean City, New Jersey. (That doesn’t include 100 miles out to sea…but we know some ways to help you make that happen!) Our delivery cost is based on mileage. Set-up is expected to be done by your event organizers. However, we realize that we may be of help here in many situations, which we can work out. Should you require us to fully decorate with our items, pricing is available. We prefer next day pick-up of rental items or no later than 72 hours after day of drop-off. (All details explained will be covered in rental proposal/agreement.)
